	Squee! I love this pairing. Aberforth has such wide-open potential, really. When you think about how long he's lived -- what might he not have done, and learned? Plus, I think he'd handle Severus beautifully. If perhaps in a somewhat unorthodox manner eg Looking forward to your fic! Hope the rest of the New Year is going brilliantly for you. Unorthodox is exactly what I'm going for, actually. The idea of it just grabbed me as I was doing outlining for something else, and now I have about 5000 pretty darn good words sitting in my text editor and eyeing me purposefully. Man, all I can say is, looking at canon again from a certain, er, perspective... :D

My New Year's gone brilliantly so far, actually. Lots of thinking time starting to coalesce into decisions, which is yum. Hope your New Year's going well too :)
