It really still feels like I just finished working at the company I interned for this summer and fall, even though it’s already been about four days since I stopped working there. In that time, I have

1. Participated (in the “I posted comments oh noes” sense) in the discussion about OTW (for which you can skim del.icio.us/metafandom and/or the otw_news community to get a quick idea of how wanky wide-ranging it is)

2. Finally volunteered for OTW

3. Gotten a leeetle more comfy with some big life decisions I will be making in the next two years

4. Grown tired of rewriting AST and sneakily begun writing intermission stuff (from Pomfrey's POV :D) for that sweet spot just before AFY starts because goddamnit, that’s important too

5. Finished Out, an awesome novel by Natsuo Kirino, and loved the kinky/strange/stilted overall effect in the book

6. Through sneakyish means, obtained expected date for the delivery of the Kindle I ordered a couple weeks ago. It is middle-to-late next month. JESUS D:

7. Maintained my *counts* 17-tab standard in Firefox, all of which are absolutely essential to my browsing experience in some way

8. Ordered a bunch of t-shirts from oddica, which I just found today, and am already half in love with

9. Vaguely decided I can probably stomach using python as the tape that holds together the dynamic bits of my personal website

10. Impromptu-ly decided to post a snippet of said interim/intermission chapter I am currently working on, ( like so. Enjoy. )
